a. Prices already include additional 3rd Party (Paypal/Stripe) Processing Fees that are levied for Online Credit Card Payment.
b. Fees paid are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE unless the workshop is cancelled by Concept Math. Please confirm personal commitments BEFORE signing up for workshops.
c. In the event lessons are missed due to unfortunate circumstances (e.g. medical leave), video recordings for the missed lessons will be made available. There will NOT be any make-up classes. On a case-by-case basis, Concept Math reserves the right to refund fees wholly or partially, in lieu of providing the video recordings of the missed lessons.
d. If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum quorum is not reached, all workshop attendees will be informed via email or SMS 3 working days beforehand. A full refund of fees will be made via PayNow or reversal of credit card payment.
e. In the event Concept Math is directed by the government or any government-related agencies or departments to close or cease operations temporarily, whether health or non-health-related, with or without the fault of Concept Math or its employees, face-to-face workshop fees paid are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE and NO FEES DISCOUNT will be given. Concept Math will switch from conducting the workshop face-to-face to online. However, if Concept Math is not able to conduct the workshop online, a full refund of fees will be made via PayNow or a reversal of credit card payment.
f. Our centre reserves the right to change teachers without prior notice.
